Core Library Dependencies:

• uSTL
• RUTIL
• OpenSSL
• no DNS in core library

De-Scoping for initial implementation:

• XML-free weekend -- we will be using a struct for configuration into the core
• TCP Only - no UDP (DTLS) for the initial implementation
• No Ice - treat as if we have a single candidate

Initial set of statistics:

• Number of existing connections
• Number of route tables
